The Geocoding Development Kit is a collection of software, documentation, and sample files used to create or customize geocoding rule bases. These rule bases direct the geocoding engine in how to standardize address data and match that data to the related location in the reference data. The Kit can be used to modify standardization results, enhance existing matching rules, or support a new address style.
